Enrico Camerini
Enrico is the iShares Head of Institutional Clients in Italy.
Previously Enrico was Head of Italy for CS ETF. He joined Credit Suisse from UniCredit HVB, where he was Head of Italy of the ETF Advisory & Trading business. Before he worked for Banca IMI, where he contributed to the setup of the ETF market making business.
Enrico started his career in 1999, working as portfolio manager in Intesa Asset Management where in 2002 he was appointed head of pension funds portfolio management.
Enrico holds a degree cum laude in Economics at the University of Siena and he’s co-author of the book “Guida all’asset allocation – La gestione del portafolgio: strategica, tattica, dinamica”, wrote with professor Franco Caparrelli and published by ABI, the Italian banking association.

Richard Cazenove
Richard is a Portfolio Manager focusing on Absolute Return Strategies within the Global Leveraged Finance group.
Richard joined BlueBay in July 2003 from UBS Warburg where he spent six years both in the Leveraged Finance and High Yield Research Departments after joining as part of the graduate programme.
Richard holds an MA in Social and Political Science from the University of Cambridge.

Roberta D’Apice
Roberta D’Apice è direttore del settore legale dell’Assogestioni (associazione del risparmio gestito).
In Assogestioni dal 1999, si occupa delle problematiche civilistiche e regolamentari inerenti al servizio di gestione collettiva del risparmio e ai servizi d’investimento.
In particolare su tali tematiche fornisce consulenza alle Associate e cura i rapporti con le Autorità di vigilanza e le Istituzioni.
Nell’ambito di tale funzione ha rivestito incarichi di rilievo quali, ad esempio, la partecipazione in qualità di esperto: a gruppi di lavoro sulla direttiva UCITS organizzati dalla Commissione Europea; al Progetto di gemellaggio Repubblica Ceca – Italia “Capital Markets Legislation and Regulation” per conto del Ministero dell’economia e delle Finanze; al gruppo di lavoro Consob-Banca d’Italia sul tema della “Gestione accentrata in regime di dematerializzazione delle quote dei fondi aperti”.
Ha coordinato i lavori della Task Force Assogestioni per l’attuazione in Italia della direttiva UCITS IV e della direttiva AIFM.
Partecipa in qualità di relatrice a convegni e seminari (nazionali e internazionali) su tematiche del risparmio gestito. Organizza e coordina per conto dell’Assogestioni corsi di formazione e di approfondimento.
Ha scritto articoli in tema di fondi speculativi.
Ha curato la pubblicazione di un volume collettaneo dal titolo “L’attuazione della MiFID in Italia” edito da il Mulino.
Nel volume ha pubblicato un articolo dal titolo “I nuovi consulenti finanziari tra autonomia del soggetto e distribuzione del prodotto”.
Di recente ha commentato alcuni articoli dell’opera collettanea “Il Testo Unico della finanza” a cura di Marco Fratini e Giorgio Gasparri edito da Utet.
Dal 1994 al 1999 ha collaborato con alcuni dei principali studi legali, interessandosi di problematiche relative al diritto societario, finanziario e fallimentare.
Ha conseguito, con il massimo dei voti, una laurea in economia e commercio e una laurea in giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”.

Hamish de Run
Hamish has over 19 years experience in financial services including 13 years of infrastructure investing.
He joined Hermes GPE in 2012 and is responsible for the sourcing, analysis and due diligence of investments.
Hamish also sits on the infrastructure IC.
Hamish’s previous roles include Senior Advisor to Global Infrastructure Partners, Associate Director of Macquarie Group and Investment Manager of Hastings Funds Management.
Hamish has held numerous board positions on infrastructure companies including Copenhagen, Birmingham and Perth Airports and the Ports of Portland and Geelong.
Hamish started his career with Ernst & Young, is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Théodore Economou
Théodore Economou, CFA, is chief executive officer and CIO of the pension fund of CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, based in Geneva, Switzerland.
The Fund manages approximately 4 billion Swiss Francs in assets, both internally and externally. Under Mr. Economou's tenure, CERN's Pension Fund was awarded the 2012 Award for "Best Risk Management Solutions" and the 2013 Award for “Best Use of Equities” by Investment & Pensions Europe. The Fund also received the 2012 Innovation Award in the "Best Public Pension Plan - Below $15 Billion" category by Asset International - Chief Investment Officer magazine.
Prior to joining CERN, Mr. Economou worked for a Fortune 500 multinational corporation where he had been responsible for managing worldwide pension assets and liabilities, capital markets activities, and investor relations. Prior to that, he was a consultant with Accenture's Financial Services Group in Geneva and Zurich, Switzerland.
He holds degrees from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, and Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Economou serves on the Investment Advisory Committee of the Virginia Retirement System, one of the world's 50 largest pension funds, and chairs the investment committee of the Lombard Odier pension Fund.
He is a member of the investor steering committee of the Alternative Investment management Association, and also currently advises the European Commission on paneuropean pension issues.
He has served as Advisory Board member of the Institutional Investor Institute, and the European Pension Fund Investment Forum, and has been a speaker at conferences devoted to institutional investing and pension policy issues.

Martin de Sa'Pinto
Martin de Sa'Pinto has been a journalist for 18 years, most recently at Reuters, which he joined in 2006 as part of the HedgeWorld team. At Reuters he covered areas including financial markets, hedge funds and alternative investments, Private Banking and money-laundering. He recently joined Zürich-based Scalaris ECI, a company which investigates financial crime.

Aureliano Gentilini
Aureliano Gentilini serves as Managing Partner at PREVINVEST® since February 2013.
Aureliano Gentilini also sits in on AIMA's (the Alternative Investment Management Association based in London) Hedge Fund Research Committee since 2008.
For the period September 2011-January 2013, Mr. Gentilini worked as Managing Partner at Mathema, advising E.N.P.A.F., the Italian pension plan of pharmacists.
Mathema provided unparalleled expertise, research, risk management, advice, and insight to pension funds and, more in general, the institutional investors' community.
Mathema's analysis and research focused on both traditional long-only investment vehicles and alternative investments.
In the past, Mr. Gentilini worked as Research Manager at Lipper, a Thomson Reuters company, for over 10 years until the end of August 2011, serving as Lipper's Global Head of Hedge Fund Research since January 2007.
He was responsible for Lipper research analyses on hedge funds globally, acting as a gatekeeper of hedge fund research methodologies and managing a team of research analysts.
Aureliano was the key spokesman on hedge funds, as well as mutual funds and ETFs, for Lipper, releasing commentary to media internationally.
Mr. Gentilini has previously acted as the European Head of Research at Lipper.
Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Economist at the Central Bank of Italy for about 10 years, conducting analyses of international financial flows. Mr. Gentilini holds a MSC in finance from the CASS Business School (London), a magna cum laude degree in Economics from Università La Sapienza in Rome (Italy) and is a registered auditor.

Michael Kelly
Michael Kelly is the Director of Research and a member of the Investment Team.
He works closely with the Portfolio Managers supporting all of our strategies, while organizing the firm’s research effort.
Michael joined Schafer Cullen in 2007. Prior to joining Schafer Cullen Capital Management, Mr. Kelly was an Investment Analyst at Neuberger Berman from 2004-2007.
Mr. Kelly received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Emory University in 2004.
He became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2008.

Giampiero Malagnino
Giampiero Malagnino was born on August 28, 1953 and he graduated and specialized in Perugia with honors in Odontostomatology in 1981.
He is an active member of S.I.E. (Italian Society of Endodontics) of whose executive he has been involved in two commissions.
He is also an active member of A.A.E. since 1983 and honorary member of the Société Française d’Endodontie.
He has been for two years an adjunct Professor of Endodontics in Tor Vergata’s degree course in Dentistry (Prof. Martignoni as President) and he has been teaching “Biomechanics of the root canal instrumentation” Endodontics School of Specialization at the University of Paris VII.
He has published original papers in French and American journals of Endodontics.
He has been congress spokesman in ANDI, ADF, SIE, SFE and AAE.
He has held more than 100 courses in theoretical and practical Endodontics.
He was the General Secretary and the President of ANDI, National Association of Italian Dentists; Vice President of the CIC, the Coordination Committee of Dentists Scientific Societies.
Appointed by the FNOMCeO, he has been a member of the National Committee for the Contninuing Medical Education (CME).

Mauro Marè
Mauro Marè is a Professor of Public Economics at Tuscia University, Viterbo – Italy. He is the Chairman of Mefop, a company owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance and 90 pension funds whose aim is to develop the market of supplementary pension schemes.
Prof. Marè is author of many books and publications on pensions and tax policy issues.

Andrea Mariani
Andrea Mariani, General Director, Pegaso Pension Fund, Italy.
From 2009 Andrea Mariani is General Director of Pegaso, pension fund for public utilities sector employees, based in Rome, Italy.
In this function, Andrea supports board of trustee in financial decision process and he is responsible for portfolio monitoring. Andrea has over 14 years of experience in the pension fund sector.
Prior to joining Pegaso in 2009, he worked at Mefop, a company for pension fund market development, owned by Ministry of the Treasury and 80 pension funds. For over 9 years he worked on various projects for pension funds, like annuities provider selection process for Italian Pension Fund Association (Assofondipensione).
He graduated in Statistics from the University of Rome.

Albert Murray
At Schafer Cullen, Albert Murray is responsible for the global distribution of the firm’s investment strategies.
He has over 35 years of investment industry experience. He joined Schafer Cullen in 2006.
He started his career on the international fixed income desk at EF Hutton & Co. Subsequently, he was a managing director at Bear Stearns & Co in New York and the executive vice president of Bear Stearns Global Investors, their principal transaction group for special investments/private equity.
Later, he co-founded the acquisition and investment finance group at ABN-Amro’s merchant banking subsidiary before moving to the buy-side as a principal at a London-based investment adviser and co-managing the alternative (hedge fund) investment portfolio of a large family office in New York and Geneva.
He has a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.
Mr. Murray is based in Geneva, Switzerland and New York.

Vasiliki Pachatouridi
Vasiliki Pachatouridi, Vice President, is a member of the Product Strategy Team within BlackRock's Fixed Income Portfolio Management Group. She is a product strategist focusing on iShares fixed income ETFs.
Ms Pachatouridi's service with the firm dates back to 2007, including her years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Previously, she was a member of the iShares EMEA Investment Strategies & Insights team, where she provided analysis of ETF products as well as education and research on the wider indexing space.
At BGI, she started her career within the Transition Management team and subsequently moved to the Cash Portfolio Management group.
Ms Pachatouridi earned MSc degree, with a first class honours, in investment management from Cass Business School in 2007 and a BSc degree in business administration from University of Bath in 2006.

Giuseppe Pagliarani

Stefano Pierini
Stefano Pierini is Head of Finance at Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane SpA since April 2008.
He has responsibility for defining, structuring and implementing all financial liabilities as well as managing and maximising efficiency for financial risk management in respect to interest rates, FX, inflation, energy and other commodities.
In July 2013 he introduced Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group to the international capital markets with a benchmark bond transaction of EUR 750 mio that has been 4.6 times oversubscribed and the company has achieved for the first time in its long history a credit rating: S&P and FITCH provided FS with the same Senior Long Term Rating currently applied to the Republic of Italy.
In this role he is also in charge of structured finance, project financing and real estate finance.
He is responsible of the FS Group central treasury (including cash pooling, and money market investment, etc.) as well as providing centralised financial and monetary planning.
He is currently President of the board of directors of Eurofer, the pension fund for Italian railways workers which currently has more than Euro 700 mio under management.
He is also member of the board of directors of Netinera Gmbh (company owned by Ferrovie and Cube Infrastructure Fund, active in the German public transportation industry).
Before joining Ferrovie in 2003 as Head of financial markets, Stefano Pierini spent 11 years at Cofiri Group, first as Head of the Corporate Desk (from 1992 to 2000) working in FX and IR risk management, and then as Head of Sales (from 2000 to 2003).

Ferenc Sanderson serves as Managing Partner at PREVINVEST® since March 2013.

He was also CFO at ARA, a company specializing in project discovery, deal structuring and capital allocation services with a focus on Asian natural resources from 2010-2013.
In the past, Mr. Sanderson was Senior Research Analyst at Lipper, a Thomson Reuters company where he focused on multi-asset and hedge fund strategy research.
He was a Research Fellow attached to the Program on Alternative Investments at Columbia Business School in addition to stints with Daiwa Securities America, Hedgeworld, MCM Asia Pacific Co. PTE, Broadfax SA , Cargill and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Sanderson holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in finance and strategy, and a BSc.

Roberto Violi
Roberto Violi is currently a Senior Director in the Portfolio Management Department of the Bank of Italy. Assets under Management are around 250 billion euro in a number of portfolios including Bonds, Equities, FX, Gold and Commodities. He has published extensively on economic and financial markets issues in scholar as well as central banking reviews and books.
He has previously worked at the Research Department of the Bank of Italy (head of financial markets division) and was a Senior Economist at the European Department of the IMF in Washington (DC).
He has taught (as an adjunct professor) Finance and Risk Management subjects in several Graduate Master Programs at the University of Brescia and Rome (Tor-Vergata and LUISS).
He holds a DPHIL degree in Economics, Oxford University (UK).

Paul Voûte
Paul joined Hermes in March 2012 as Director responsible for running the European Business Development team.
Since joining he has built up a team covering the core markets in Europe across both institutional and wholesale distribution channels.
He oversees the broader European strategy, key clients and promoting all the Hermes boutiques in the region.
Before joining Hermes, Paul was an Institutional Sales Manager at GE Asset Management covering the UK and Benelux.
Prior to that he spent 9 years at Lehman Brothers in various roles across investment banking and capital markets, he then moved internally to Neuberger Berman to cover the institutional market.
Paul started his career in 1995 with MeesPierson in London.
He has experience in marketing highly-specialised products ranging from long-only equity funds to fixed income products, hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative products to a diverse client base.
Paul is a Dutch national and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Studies from ESC Bordeaux and ISER Rotterdam.
He is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
